Shipping policy

Once your order is confirmed, it takes 3-5 business days to process and ship. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the package has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the package for you.

Yeli Bana is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered. We suggest opting for insurance coverage for your package to eliminate risks. 

Shipping Options:

• We offer free US Standard Shipping for orders over $100
• We also offer other paid shipping options within the US: Express Shipping, and Rush Shipping. Carrier/supply rates will be displayed at checkout. 
• International: We offer shipping to Canada, the UK, and most other countries at the carrier's rate. Rates will be displayed at checkout.
